Down in SoHo (South of Houston if you’re not fluent in New Yorker) at 560 Broadway, I found myself at an event that I wouldn’t have expected to be at for a few more years: EVERPRO, famous for Gray Away, was displaying their newest product. I walked in assuming that there was a new way to cover gray hairs as that was the main focus of their website. Guests were greeted by two images of beautiful women as well as the company’s mission statement: “EVERPRO offers innovative solutions to unique hair concerns. With its high-performance range of easy-to-use hair care products, EVERPRO offers professional-grade salon formulas to be used in the privacy of the home.”
Upon entering the main room, I was drawn in by the pinks and yellows used to decorate the space. Candy was everywhere and I felt as though I had jumped into summer! The room was set up with three demonstrations: the root touch-up magnetic powder, the temporary root concealer spray, and finally, their newest addition, the EVERPRO Back2Blonde. This new product was released in January of this year and allows clients to be able to “live life to the blondest.”
Back2Blonde has a similar design as the original Gray Away spray with its unique nozzle that allows for pinpoint accuracy when applying, but it’s engineered specifically for blondes. The spray comes in three different shades: light blonde, medium blonde, and dark blonde. Instead of rushing to the salon every couple of weeks to get a touch up, you are now able to temporarily cover your dark roots from home. I believe this product will be wonderful for blondes everywhere to continue to be able to have more fun without spending hours in a salon. The EVERPRO team demonstrated the spray on a cosmetology mannequin and right before my eyes the hair was back to blonde!
EVERPRO’s Gray Away products can be found at most national convenience stores such as Walmart, Rite Aid, CVS, and Target. This product is a great temporary fix for blondes just in time for summer.
